A couple of weeks ago, we finally headed to the Tower of London to see
the poppies. It was already 15th Nov so the volunteers had started to remove them, but mostof the 888,246 were still on display.
It was as beautiful as I knew it would be.

How beautiful! We wear poppies for Remembrance Day in Canada too.. November 11th. We happened to be in Las Vegas that day - the American's have Veteran's Day... but no poppies. We definitely knew all the other poppies we saw being worn were either Canadians or Brits!
