Dealing with tiredness

Without really thinking about it, in the last two weeks I've really upped the amount of sport I do - restarting running and "long-distance" skating, as well as my regular karate lessons. And with a more-than-full-time job, it's really hit me.

It's not so much muscle tiredness, but pure want-to-sleep-all day exhaustion! And I'm not entirely sure how to deal with it...

I just want to sleep...

Short-term, all I can do is try to rest more and make sure I eat healthily (and at regular meal times).

Long-term, I'm hoping that my body will get used to it. I know plenty of people who do more sport than me (for example, my sister cycles between 10 and 40 miles everyday), so I guess I just need to be patient and not push myself toooooo hard.
